Refunds & Exchanges?

Where is my order shipped from?
For all orders, shipments originate from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The estimated standard delivery time is 3-7 days after dispatch, for Canadian and US orders, and 7-14 days, after dispatch, for all other international orders.

How can I get free shipping?
Any Canadian order with a subtotal over $65 qualifies for free shipping. Any orders, with delivery address located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Greater Montreal also qualifies for free shipping.
